Installation Coordination
During proposal acceptance, your property is assigned to a TMI Communications
project coordinator. Although your TMI Communications account manager
is still involved in your account, your project coordinator will be your
front-line contact for the entire installation process. Our detailed
project database will ensure that at any time, any TMI Communications
associate can provide you with a project update. With timely and detailed
communication, they will keep you informed of your projects current
status and timeline accomplishments.
Project Turn-Over/Introductions
The project coordinator assigned to your installation will contact and
work closely with all vendors behind the scenes, including the PMS
(Property Management Software) vendor, local telephone companies, long
distance telephone companies, security fire alarm company, elevator
company, pay per movie vendor, pool chemical company, etc.
TMI Communications makes these transitions smooth and takes the worries
off of your plate.
Order Trunk Facilities
TMI Communications will order local telephone lines upon request and
will coordinate and monitor installation details with the local telephone
company to ensure it gets done right. Our experience will assure an
accurate order and attention to the details.
Faceplate Design/Proof Approval
TMI Communications project coordinator will work with your company to
determine the details and design for your guest room and other property
phones
faceplates. You will receive faceplate design proofs for your approval
prior to ordering, ensuring this process is done completely to your satisfaction.
System Database Planning
Working together, we will plan the optimum database for your system,
including all designated options for your staff and guests. Our dedicated
software programmers have many years of experience and will offer suggestions
for your consideration to meet the needs of your unique property.
System Pre-Programming
As a part of our installation process, your new PBX, voice messaging,
and call accounting equipment is rigorously tested in our facility
prior to shipment to your property. We perform a number of tests in
our lab that other companies wait until theyre onsite to conduct.
We have dramatically increased our rate of successful installations the
first time due to our processes. We also pre-program the
system to your specifications to decrease the installation timeline
and reduce your involvement while on-site.
Project Acceptance/Sign-Off
At the completion of the installation, TMI Communications presents a
project acceptance sign-off sheet for your review and acceptance to
ensure all aspects of the job have been completed to your satisfaction.

the owners interest in mind.
